Responsibilities

- Vigilant Monitoring & Premises Security: Maintain a vigilant presence at all times to ensure the premises remain secure and the daily operations of the client are uninterrupted. Ensure the safety and security of the premises by identifying and addressing any security concerns, potential hazards, or suspicious activities. Prevent unauthorized access to the client’s premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed entry.
- Client & Assignment Instructions Compliance: Adhere to the Client’s specific security protocols and Assignment Instructions at all times. Follow established procedures for handling all aspects of the assignment, ensuring proper execution of duties.
- Visitor Assistance & Protocol: Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner, providing guidance and assistance as required when visiting the client’s premises. Monitor the entry and exit of visitors and contractors, ensuring their access is in line with the client’s policies.
- Incident Monitoring & Reporting: Keep detailed logs, including visitor logs, vehicle logs, incident logs, key issue and return logs, and any other necessary documentation as per the site’s requirements. Prepare and submit accurate reports for any incidents or security events, maintaining proper records for future reference and analysis.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, including accidents, fire, theft, or medical incidents. Administer first aid where necessary, and promptly notify emergency services, civil defense, and the client. Assist in evacuations and ensure that emergency procedures are followed during crisis situations.
- Fire Safety & Equipment Checks: Conduct regular checks to ensure that fire safety equipment, including fire panels and extinguishers, are in proper working condition. Report any malfunctions or issues with fire safety equipment to the relevant personnel for immediate rectification.
