CRAIG ALEXANDER MACKENZIE
Country President
Craig joined Securitas in December of 2013 after working on a UAE Government program, this was followed by posts in management consultancy and physical security management. Prior to this he served in the UK Military followed by Law Enforcement in a career which spanned over 25 years.
As our Country President for the United Arab Emirates he has overall responsibility for the full range of Securitas operations in the country.
His areas of expertise includes: Strategic Business Planning, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Staff Development Programs, Strategy and Implementation, Teamwork and Capability Building, Operations Enhancement, Security Solutions, P&L Accountability / Budget Control, Continuous Improvement, Stakeholder Engagement, People Leadership and Development.
RAGHEB AL GHARIB
Country Technology Head
Ragheb joined Securitas in February of 2015 coming from electronic security vendor space dealing with end users, consultants and system integrators across different segments and verticals of the industry in the UAE marketplace.
Aa a Country Technology Head, his responsibility falls within and across the Electronic Security and Solution Business units in Securitas UAE and functions as well in a key role as part of the regional technical and standardization committee.
His areas of expertise include developing new businesses in the electronic security solution and monitoring space, Client relationship, Engineering/ design services and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, strategies and implementation, Branch P&L management, Branch operation, service delivery production and efficiency programs.
SIVA SUBRAMANIAM
Finance Director
Siva Subramaniam joined Securitas in June 2010 after 11 years’ experience in various industry and 5 years in Security Industry. He has completed Degree in Master of Commerce and Professional Accounting courses with specialization in accounts, costing, and auditing.
As a Finance Head, he has overall responsibility of Securitas UAE Finance controller functions in the country.
His areas of expertise include: Preparation of annual budgets; periodical reviews and preparation of monthly Forecasts; accurate and timely financial information about the company’s financial status and performance to enable decisions to be taken related to the company’s financial strength
LIESBETH SCHIAVO
Director People & Culture Education Segment Leader
Liesbeth joined Securitas in September 2016 after 8 years of regional and global HR experience in various businesses lines that go from manufacturing and market research; prior to the HR experience, Liesbeth was an entrepreneur in her country in the education and the corporate learning and development areas.
BISSAN BARQAWI
Head of commercial
Bissan joined Securitas in Oct of 2016 after a successful 6 years in finance and sales posts within the UAE. Prior to this she worked in the banking sector in Syria and obtained her Masters degree in Finance
As Head of the Commercial department for Securitas in the United Arab Emirates, she has the responsibility for planning, developing and implementing the commercial strategy with the main focus being to support and accelerate growth.
Her areas of expertise include: Strategic Business Planning, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Security Solutions design and implementation, as well as Risk management and Contract negotiation
